Sylvia is an absolute gem! I’ve never met a groomer as kind, patient, and talented as she is. From the moment we arrived, she made my poodle feel completely at ease. Sylvia took the time to listen to my preferences and even offered advice on how to keep my pup’s coat looking its best between visits.

Her attention to detail is incredible—my poodle came out looking like a superstar! The cut was flawless, her paws perfectly trimmed, and she smelled amazing. What truly sets Sylvia apart, though, is her patience and genuine love for the pets she works with. My dog is usually a bit nervous during grooming, but Sylvia’s calm demeanor worked magic.
